Won't ever happen though. Pagano used to be an assistant under him. I doubt he'd be cool with being an assistant to a former assistant. And I'm sure he's going to get another job elsewhere. Someone will give him another chance.

I'm not taking a side on this one yet, but I'm curious as to what this means?  By everything I've seen, his players LOVE him.

I suppose what  mean by this is... it seems to me that his approach coming into being a HC was to get on the players level to gain their trust and when things started to go south that didn't work to create a positive locker room atmosphere. I am sure the New York media made it worse in the long run but, it seemed a fine line to walk that DIDN'T work as much as it DID work.
