Laron Landry proved to be a force to be wreckin' with in the Colts' secondary. All over the field all day, 15 total tackles, 10 all by himself. Glad to see we got this best on our team:

Making plays for us, and so we won't have to play against him like this:

Light 'em up, Landry

He was definitely laying the wood today. I thought our secondary did well overall. Vontae Davis did an awesome job, I know this not from any special analysis, but simply because I never heard his name. That means he wasn't thrown at or called out for a missed tackle or blown assignment and he was doing his job and doing it well. It did seem to me like we gave Toler lots of safety help. And he seemed to need it. Maybe that is part of the scheme giving him freedom to be bold and go after the ball. Not a coach so can't say for sure, But overall decent day by secondary.

    • Yeah it’s the going three and out that’s the issue.  That has nothing to do with the defense.  That’s all on the offense.  If the offense could sustain a drive you’d also rest the defense so they aren’t spent by the 4th quarter as they clearly were in the Texans game too.

    • A primary reason Why he needed to be more active in free agency. He has done well throughout his drafts to add contributing NFL roster caliber players, however, there is a mounting lack of true difference makers  on the defensive roster. His stubbornness with overvaluing his own draft picks is getting very old- especially on defense -to your point. I also realize some of these players are being held back by Bradley's simple and tired defense.
