   Do you think Jim Irsay's tweet regarding the Colts loss to the Bills on Sunday was a little harsh - considering that it was JUST the first pre-season game ??

I would rather have and owner mad about a preseason loss than an owner that seems content with mediocrity year after year. (ala Jerry Jones)

That's definitely a tough tweet, but at least he cares about the team's performance. He knows it's just preseason, but he still wants them to be competitive. The second half of the game was a joke.

Not at all, expectations have to be tempered, but even still the teams depth Should be good enough to not let a 107 yard kickoff return happen and not let the opposing teams 2nd string unit put up 20+ points. I'm glad to see he's a little mad

Yup, They picked on #40 cb Sheldon Price rookie from UCLA in the 2nd half, could not tackle or cover any routes thrown at him. Coach has to release guys like that & give someone else a chance to at least make the practice squad.

The second half to every preseason game is a joke.

In many ways you are correct, but they shouldn't lose the game 44-20. The second half is when guys should be making a name for themselves. That's when the nobody's get their chance. From a fan's perspective it is a joke, but the players should take it seriously and perform better.

Unfortunately, the only people who made names for themselves in the second half were Bills players

I don't like his use of twitter but I have no problem with what he said or his decision to go public about his distaste for the performance and effort put forth....it was underwhelming to say the least.

No it was a lot harsh IMO  . Of course no one likes to lose but thats what happens in preseason trying new things with new players trying to make a team .

 

Its what happens in the regular season that counts when you have all your starters in the game nobody gets a trophy for going undefeated in preseason  .
