Fleener is third on the team in receiving yards. Found that interesting. He may be struggling, but he still looks to get about 600 yards this season. Great for a rookie TE, who almost never contribute much at all. He started out slow, (minus the Bears game) but he is doing a good job lately. Still gotta work on the hands.

I think there were some echo watched his pro day and thought they would be seeing him flying down the field on long passes. Unfortunately in a real game the TE hardly ever gets a free release, he's always getting hit or he's responsible for chipping at the start of his pattern.

Plus, he's had a few drops. So high expectations weren't being met.

But it looks like he and Allen are both going to be very good very soon.

agree BleedBlu... I think the issue is Arians and his coaching.. course Fleener dropping balls hasn't helped.. but I think it is mostly Arians.. hope he will start using him this way and I hope it is today... This as I have said before will open up the field and also help with getting the running game going with our O Line deficiencies.
