you are right. I believe the only time the Colts have had a reliable defense was during the Harbaugh era. Siracusa was a wall.

The 2006 Super Bowl run was anchored by Sanders working up on the line. If the Bears had a better QB indy might not have won that one.

2006 run D was bad...historically bad

Until the playoffs

I know....the point was they made the playoffs and went on a run despite a horrific run D in the regular season. Peyton carried them through the regular season and the D carried them through the playoffs. (Peyton was terrible in the playoffs)

I’m ready for game day. Let’s go Colts!

I'm always pumped and ready for our Colts.

We got punched in the mouth by the Texans, they out played us by a wide margin.

Road games are tough, and AR showed me he is not in sync in the passing game, and yes his experience level is the issue.

Considering teams will exploit his inexperience and our defensive philosophy, 7 wins looks about right. If we win 9 that means we got better and that would be very promising.

Let's hope we are good against the run today, and create good pressure.

And run Alex run, and you too Adoni. I wanna see that 70 yard in the air bomb soon, very soon. :colts::td:

    • I'm not panicked.  I'm resigned.  We expected AR to go through some growing pains.  We expected our DB's to be allowing anyone's grandmother to complete 70% of their passes.  But we didn't expect the strength of the team to be an historical weakness.  I do expect us to be under .500.  And I expect Ballard to say "That's on me" after the season.  The question is, will Irsay finally agree with him?
