When do you plan to open the draft room tomorrow? 

I'm going to be unavailable after 9:30am thru almost noon, so was hoping to apply my pre-draft settings and activate auto draft (if possible)  before I go. 

If that can't happen it'd be great if you could at least make sure I'm on auto draft before it starts so as not to annoy the group?

Sorry i didnt get time to see this and reply. Glad you were able to join. But usually the draft automatically opens an hour before the draft begins.

Starting off well at 2-0. We're divided into three groups right now. Three 2-0 people, four 1-1 people, and three 0-2 people. Have to see how it turns out. Scored the most week 1 and got lucky week 2.

I tried trading with you before I submitted a trade with her.  

 

I could not find another team with a TE that I wanted and I could provide a fair mix trade in return.  There was no place for me to improve other than you or her.  

 

All trade analyzers that I looked said it was an even trade or more on her side.  Take into account the fact that ekeler has the league worst remaining strength of schedule,  there's no guarantee he will perform as he has been.  

 

Everyone had a chance to vote.  There are 8 other members in the league who could have voted with you and didn't.  

 

If you think 5 is too much to veto a trade,  we can change that next year. I'm sorry you feel the way you do.

Just for conversation then,  under what valuation do you determine it one-sided and what would make it less lopsided? 

 

I'll like to take into account projected points and look at remaining strength of schedule. I use trade analyzers. Imo she did downgrade in RB, but gave her a decent back with a decent SoS and gave her the second best WR on her team that has a top 5 SoS for the remainder of the season.

Come on man. There is a reason you’ve been trying to trade the players you traded, and there is a reason no one else did…except your wife. This isn’t the first time it’s happened either.

That's 3. I made trades before and notified and you guys didn't have an issue prior.  When I did make trades,  it did not work out in my favor any ways, and the numbers showed it because of the scores. That was another trade where I considered  SoS.

 

Both pierce and olave can be used on a weekly basis,  as I have been.  

 

I only offered one other person a trade and that was @w87rand he let it die instead of denying or countering.

No problem, and I wasn’t necessarily saying I think it should be vetoed.

That's fair. The only thing I can say is because I have been burnt in the past when considering SoS, I weigh that probably more heavily than most others.  

 

I know you're not veto'ing it and there's a process, but many people don't pay attention to it,  and it was over Thanksgiving.  Which I didn't think about,  so I'm doing the vote again for fairness and will respect the vote of the league. 

 

I do truly feel bad that others consider this 'shady.' So I want to make sure to do it right. I do think that if this was anyone else the trade went through with, it wouldn't be a much of an issue and nor would we be considering a re-vote. But because of the perception of the people involved,  I know it is more scrutinized.  And it's fair to do so.

I saw the proposal and raised an eyebrow at the players involved, but figured both parties were acting in their own interest.

Now, knowing the parties involved, I probably would have vetoed it, but it's done, and no money involved, so I'll be more attentive next time.

 

To the format? Yahoo, ESPN, NFL in that order.

THAT having no working experience with any other formats.

Okay, if I include @Lucky Colts Fan and @Btown_Colt soft veto's, that gives 5.  I will work to change the rosters back this week and figure out something better.

That's the end of the regular season and some seed changes right at the end.  

Perceived Perception was close to dropping to third, but James Connor blew up that last game to put him over the top, while Scranton Stranglers jumped over Screaming Eagles who lost what was projected a significant win. 

 

It's Yoshi vs Trueblood and Pierce-ing vs Stranglers for next week. This should be good. 

 

Hope everyone's team stays healthy through the championship and good luck. 

 

Additionally thinking ahead for next year.  What changes do you want to implement?

Half-point PPR maybe? Any other ideas?

She snuck in and then i had a cruddy game. Herbet did nothing, TE did nothing, Olave did nothing, and she had lawrence throw 4 TDs in the last 5 minutes of the game, at least if felt like it. 

 

So lucky, and now i wont here the end of it.

I would do a super flex spot. That's always fun and would put more emphasis on QBs.

So tricky situation right now because if the Bengals/Bills game.  I am screenshotting the current scores and will look at calculating the stats for the remainder games that had players that were supposed to play in that game. Once it is played. 

 

In think ESPN is saying since it won't play this week,  that the season is over.

There may be no good options though, even if this game is completed unless the game is completed before week 18 (delay week 18?).

 

Declaring a tie may be the only reasonable solution.

I thought they'd declare both finalists as winners of the league.. (Tie) 

 

Or the team player that finished with better record in regular season, followed by total points scored if both have same record.. 

 

I think fantasy leagues don't want to get into all such scenarios, but just declaring the winner without having all the games finished seems odd. 

 

I imagine lot of guys who had close fight or was about to take a sure lead would have been disappointed.

Espn made the decision to not play the game so there's nothing we can do,  the results are the results.  And games were decided by standing scores.

I had no issue with how it finished. Most important thing at the moment was the health of Hamlin, even if I didn't get a chance to finish out for the Championship.

 

Probably cost me this one, and helped me win another one.
