What is the RPO?

I know there has been a lot of discussion about what is the RPO and while some of us who understand it have tried to explain it we haven't been great at explaining it. Stampede Blue just wrote an awesome article explaining the RPO with examples. The link is below if you want to learn about it.

Also, note we are heavy RPO, but it's not all we do. It's not all we did last week. We were far more successful when using play action than RPO last week.

Both are interesting reading. I basically understood how it worked, but the part about O-line blocking never clicked for me. I couldn’t see how they knew how to block.

Pretty sure it’s a movie from the 80s with Emilio estevez taking back cars from people who that defaulted on their loans.  Rpo Man.
