It’s shaping up to be.

 

There IS a caveat...  defense is bad all around the league this year.   And as a result, offense is way up.   So that accounts for some of what we are seeing.

 

But thus was predicted 6-8 months ago. This class is that good.

I'm surprised because I thought it'd be the other way around since QB's had less time with their receivers for the purpose of timing and communication on routes. By contrast, defenders can just attack or man-up against a receiver and not think as much.

If it is the best WR class ever and Pittman for whatever reason does not work out it would be mightily disappointing that Ballard missed. I have a lot of hope for the him though.

Pittman is coming around and will improve every week

At some point we should go back and check how our draft picks from Gavin's Annual Forum Draft are doing. My first 3 are doing well:

Jaylon Johnson, CB, Bears (he has played really well for the Bears).

This is looking like a very good draft class in general.
