Huh?? It took him 14 years at Pittsburgh to win a super bowl. 

He was and has always been over rated.

What Johnson did do was make maybe the biggest trade in NFL history. 

If Jerry Jones would have let Johnson do his job there would have been a couple of more super bowls for Dallas.

I did. 

15 season and only 3 losing seasons.  

 

Jimmie was pretty mediocre in Miami.  Took over a 9 win team and went 8-8, 9-7, 10-6, 9-7.   Then Once he left they went 11-5 2 years in a row.   

Johnson was a good coach, no question.   I just thought he was a bit overrated because he was the coach of the Cowboys.

They were both great Coaches, surprised they had to wait a lot longer than Dungy to get in.
