Ratking
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3445213/ According to some studies it does seem like Colts players have been missing more game time than normal for hamstring injuries.... (average of 11.3 ± 6.5 practices and 2.6 ± 3.1 games missed for hamstring injury)
coltsva
It's absurd how many hamstring injuries the Colts are getting. We have a new strength and conditioning coach this year and I hope they are evaluating him on a daily basis.

He pulled a hammy, he is day to day
NewEra
Sounds like flexibility and possible imbalances are serious issues. Pelvic tilt can cause tight hamstrings also
dodsworth
Is Reich working them too hard in practice? Maybe a little more rest is needed to repair the body.

Boiler_Colt
In Europe they're doing new strengthening techniques that have reduced hamstring injuries in soccer players by almost 70% over previous years. Granted football players are more tightly muscled and lift more but I hope we've at least looked into it and our staff isnt just stubborn meatheads. dodsworth
We have had 3 years worth of hammy pulls already this year. Very curious events happening this season for sure.
anunnakidna
It is a sign that their quads are too powerful and fast for their hamstrings to keep up.
