But the real power would be in the OC and DC without the stress of being HC

thinking outside the box could be the next great thing. think of it this way most people would not want Rex R as HC but would not mind him being DC--now put Rex R and a great offensive minded coach together with the authority to run their O or D without limitations by a HC and it could be interesting.

in other words elevate the roles of OC and DC to be equal to HC
