Perhaps. There has been some nice things from the other AFC South teams through their first two games. I just haven't seen enough to justify that they have made bounds of improvement.

0-2 is definitely what I see them being right now, unless we wanted to include the preseason, in which they would be 1-5.  For a prediction: 6-10 or 7-13 if we include preseason.
