I was watching NFL network around the league and they said Jay Gruden has been looking into being a head coach. They said he wont leave for sure but he has been looking to get a head coach job. How about Indy??

I'm sure he'll be a head coach soon, but I think he needs a couple more years as an NFL coordinator before he's ready. This is his first year as the offensive coordinator in Cincinnati, and they're better, but still just barely average.

If we are going to hire a Bengles assistant, it should be Zimmer. Not strongly advocating for him. Just saying he is by far a better choice than Jay G....

He's done an awesome job with the D in Cincy. I don't think it would be that much of an adjustment for Indy with the exception of a CB and a Safety.

Agreed. I'm not a Zimmer advocate either, but I'll take him over Gruden for sure.

Hope he works cheap....I dont know why anyone would hire him with the vet coaches that are on the street..
