Is This Chris Polian's Team?

People used to say the Colts started and ended with Bill Polian. If that's the case, and now that his son is in charge, do we call this Chris Polian's team? Peyton Manning's team? Does it have to be anyone's team? No it doesn't because Manning is not playing.

BUT, if this IS Chris Polian's team, he's got some splainin' to do. If we had a good coach, I would call it his team (like Cowher or someone like that). This last effort was an abomination, so please Chris, right the ship, let's get moving in the right direction before we get embarrassed again.

I think we will see big changes this off season, but right now, we're in transition mode without our star QB, and thus it is ugly.

Wouldn't it shock everyone if Caldwell got fired tomorrow? Yes it would and I realize it aint happening but this 3-ring circus has to stop. The no-huddle worked about as good as a 1973 aluminum-block Chevy Vega.

Tomorrow? Yeah I'd be surprised. I wouldn't be all that surprised to see it on Nov. 14th though....going into the bye week. I think if they're going to do anything in-season it would be going into the bye week.

The Polians Team.. Thats why Dungy left, they didnt wanna give him any type of power. They want to make all the decisions and they know they can do that with puppet Caldwell. Remember Dungy was so-call retiring to spend more time with his family and coach his son? :cuss: does he work for the media?

It will be interesting to see who holds themselves accountable. Chris should be as embarrassed as anyone, Bill will do his normal song and dance, and the coaches will say some minor adjustments will fix this mess.
