They're both projects  but with Osweiler back ..odds of Lynch playing for the Broncos this season are now very slim.

And they only have him for 2 more seasons....

 

Elway drafted Kelly, too and he is much more pro-ready that Paxton has proven to be.

A first round pick is a bust if they regard two 7th round picks above him.

He left Denver because of a bruised ego. In Elway letting Peyton come back from injury to play the rest of the season 

& Super Bowl ( which  was a good thing that happened) and instead of being Manning's replacement for next season

he decided  I'll show you Elway! like a spoiled kid he did an about face on them. Boy like the prodigal son, that

must have been a tough pill to swallow for Brock to return. ouch!!

Kelly would have been a 1st round pick if not for injury/being a headcase. He has better arm talent than every QB in the draft class, though you could make a claim for Kizer being better in that regard...Kelly's just a big dumb *, so therefore he fell...it's a great talent grab.

Unlike Osweiler, who is a far less talented version of Ryan Mallett...

The injury will set him back.   But if he comes back in week 6 and Siemian goes down, it'll only take 1 week of viewing Osweillers play to get Lynch in the lineup.

Bronco fans wanted to keep him but he was never going to play for Denver....their 'project' is Chad Kelly.

Sloter got to play a lot in the pre-season and, just from what I saw..

..... If he can sit and learn a year....he's at least a backup in the NFL....at least

 

 

The Vikes have promoted Stoler to the 53-man roster. He should back up Keenum, should Bradford be unable to play tomorrow against the Steelers.

If he had to play, with that defense....he could survive....

I'm glad for to hear this...he played so much in the pre-season......he could go in and be OK  if he had to
