Boomer Esiason said this morning "he looks lost" and I agree. I posted yesterday "it looks like he is not being coached". He does not understand the position. Also, AR said the reason he took himself out was he was winded from the scramble play. "Winded"? Why did he scramble only to get to the line of scrimmage instead of throwing the ball out of bounds?
Had a day to think things over. There's nothing we can do except root for AR to get better.
The GM, coaches, and team are all invested in him. They are going to play AR no matter what, good or bad.
We might as well watch and let things unfold.
AR reminds me of Carson Wentz, but doesn't throw as well. Doesn't take the layups, and isn't as athletic running/scrambling as he thinks he is. Kinda gangley, and doesn't slide enough.
Daniels seems to be a lot more mature. After the game, he was interviewed and he was not celebrating and bringing attention to himself. His reaction afterwards reminded me of something my parents used to say: "Act like you have been there before."
Daniels is older than Richardson, I believe.
