Baltimore deserved it. Trying to steal the team via eminent domain(which I believe is the first of only two critical mistakes are founding fathers did by allowing such thing as eminent domain in the constitution, should be banned but that’s for another time and place) was just plain thievery . Bob Irsay had every right to do what he did, and if Indy ever tries this, I hope Jim or his daughters do the same thing, leave.

If the Colts didn’t move to Indy it makes you wonder if a team would be here or not. I know the RCA dome was built or in the process I can’t remember. I for one am glad they moved to Indy.

Yeah,  the Hoosier Dome was built before the Colts moved.   It was built for 77 million.   Now QB contracts dwarf the entire cost of that building

It is kind of crazy to think about. I’d imagine 20+ years later we would have a team here. Houston was a 2002 team.

Jacksonville, Carolina, Houston, Baltimore and Cleveland have gotten expansion teams since the Colts moved to Indy.   So I'm guessing Indy would have eventually gotten an expansion team
