Of never 100 percent rule it out, but at those numbers?   That would be like Ballard signing a free agent WR for more than 20 mill per.   Not happening.   
 

And it would blow up the salary structure for both Nelson and Smith and I practically insure  we’d cut Kelly.   
 

Plus, we’d have very little money for the rest of the team, and as you know, we have plenty of important needs.   DE, WR, CB,  TE,  you name it.

Yea, go ahead and sign him for 24 million a year then see what Nelson and Smith do!!! Dumb logic, the Colts would be MUCH better off trading up to get a quality OT.
