Here are some top 10 trades in recent years:

 2019:

- #10 for #20 + #52(2nd round pick) + future 3d round pick

2018:

- #7+#255(7th round pick) for #12+#53(2nd)+#56(2nd)

- #3 for #6 + #37(2nd)+#49(2nd)+future 2nd (this is our trade)

- #10 for #15+#79(3d)+152(5th)

2017:

- #12 for #25+future 1st (this is in case we want to trade back)

- #10 for #27+#91(3d) + future 1st(the Mahomes trade)

- #2 for #3 + #67(3d) + #111(4th)+future 3d

2016:

- #1 +#113(4th) + 177(6th) for #15 + #43(2nd) + #45(2nd) + #76(3d) + future 1st + future 3d

- #2 + future 4th for #8 + #77(3d) + #100(4th) + future 1st + future 2nd

- #8 for #15 + #76(3d) + future 2nd

- #9 for #11 + #106(4th)

2015:

- #4 for #9 + #19 + #115(4th)

2014:

- #8 for #9 + #145(4th)

- #4 for #9 + future 1st + future 4th

2013:

- #8 + #71(3d) for #16 + #46(2nd) + #78(3d) + #222(7th)

- #3 for #12 + #42(2nd)

Scrolling through those it seems like different years and different teams seem to get different types of return. In general though if I had to guess this is the general type of deal if we wanted to jump to some spots in the draft:

- Jump to 11 with Jets (in front of Oakland) - 3d or a 4th

- Jump to 8 with Arizona - 2nd

- Jump to 5 (with Detroit, if Detroit trades back from 3 with Miami who would be jumping for Tua) - future 1st + 3d this year ... or maybe both 2nds and future 3d, if they would prefer it?

- Jump to 3 with Detroit directly - future 1st + one of our seconds + future second?

So which one would you be willing to do and for what prospect?

I did a trade in my mock for the chargers 6th pick for Herbert. Swapped first round picks, the 44th pick, and a second next year.

Im not saying I'm an advocate for trading up, but Herbert is actually my favorite QB in the draft. I would be thrilled if we landed him without giving up to much. Just my opinion but I think he'll be a very good NFL QB.

We are probably going to need to give up a future first+ for him.

It doesnt sound like something that Ballard would do.....

But... if you like Tua (I mean LOVE Tua), you trade your top 3 picks to get him

Painful..... but we would survive..... and hopefully have our QB of the future

We would have to be more aggressive in FA to fill the major holes on DL, WR, and  possibly OT

I doubt it happens, and Miami may just be looking at moving up as well to keep other teams out

Detroit pick would seem to be the spot as a newer coach is looking to build his roster.

From a pure value perspective

13+34=5

13+34+44= between a 3 and a 4

Of course some teams want more, some less, depending on their situation.

If I were NYG, or Detroit, I'd definitely take the 13+34+44. Both have a lot of holes to fill. If I were Miami, I'd take the 13+34 too given they already have three 1st round picks. I'd parlay it all to move into position for Lawrence or Fields next year.
