Is other possible that he could be abusing women behind closed doors? Sure. Is it probable? No. More than anything else, Mixon's incident was an anger management issue. If there were skeletons in the closet, they would have come pouring out as soon as the video was released and he was on trial.

 

TL;DR: Anger management issue, not a pattern of domestic violence. If that was a guy that was provoking him, it would have been the same outcome.
