This where the focus should be on, moving forward and such excitemnet of the team possibility after the last season of what a morgue atmosphere it was under Caldwell; not the garbage between Farve Manning and look at me Irsay.

I wouldn't expect too much to start with. We are in salary cap h3ll presently. It will take a couple of years to clean things up.

After the Caldwell regime I'd settle for A coaching staff in the NFL.

Having said that, the best would be better but that's a bit of a tall order.

^I can't tell if you're being serious or if that's just playful humor. He hasn't assembled anybody yet, how can you say "this really could be the best coaching staff ever?"

this guy could be all talk or the real deal. you just never know with coaches. look at the LONG list of those who have coached the JETS, wow, interesting bunch....some misfits, some real, most not.

i hope he succeeds but might take 4 seasons. i can't wait that long and neither can Irsay.

if you really analyze this whole thing, Manning's neck started this whole snowball of firings and whole9 --- so wow, can you believe it's manning's fault that all this stuff happened (in other words, Manning himself got all those people fired)
