After all, we realized he IS the Owner, General Manager, Coach, Offensive Coordinator (after Moore left) and Quarterback of this team. What would a new coach do?

I think im more worried about the Defensive Coordinator position...

Of course we need a coach. If you want an X and O kind of guy as your coach, then you don't really need to worry about it. But coaches do way more than just Xs and Os.

We need a coach that is in charge. One with a level of authority over the quarterback whether that is Manning, Luck, Barkley or anyone else. We need a coach that points the team in a direction and can take it there. We need a coach that when faced with something unique in the middle of the game can address it. Of course most coaches are limited to either being an offensive or defensive coach and he needs to hire a solid coach for the side of the ball that is not his specialty.

It's a little bit :offtopic: , but I watched game highlights on NFL.com... Peyton was acting as a head coach more than JC usually does.

In that matter, we really don't need an other coach, as long as Peyton can't play.
