Honestly, it's the fans. In the playoff game against the Ravens in 2009 and the Broncos game this year, it was really loud. But against the Dolphins this year, the crowd was average at best.

It's probably like that in the majority of stadiums. We watch every Colts game, but generally only watch the big games of other teams.
