Does anyone feel that Trent is being unfairly criticized in here and by the media in general?  I think we need to give the guy a chance to show what he's got in the upcoming Titans game.  I really feel like he could have a break-out game vs. the Titans (if he's healthy and given a green light).  I heard that he is injured but is day to day.  Has anyone heard different?  I'd like to know because this game sets up nicely for him and could be his revitalization.  I think he is also being smeared regarding this supposed tape that's being shopped.  Do you really think ANYONE is going to pay that kind of money for it, no!  It will never hit the internet and it will just simply die out. Nothing will ever come of it.

Richardson is being judged on the fact that he was the third overall pick in the draft..

...and that this is his second team...and in neither city was he able to gain many yards per carry.

Its fair.

I think he's got a 4-year contract....and we gave up a No.1 for him.

He's going to get all this season and next season (at least) to prove himself.....

Heath Evans broke down Trents play using a couple of his runs from the Rams game to use as an example, basically placed the blame on the O-Line, the segment was called "Do Your Job"...

Heath was stating that the Colts O-Line needs to do their job...

So not ALL media heads are giving up on T-Rich yet...

 

Starting to think that running backs from big schools take a little longer to adjust to the NFL game, even though they may seem like superior talent, running behind massive O-Lines, like Trent had in Bama...

The running backs from smaller schools don't have that luxury & therefore may be more accustomed to developing better vision & struggling to cut through/make their own running lanes...

      Definitely. He said the same things last year that he said this year in defending AD. He just didn't name the player he was talking about. I think QBs were the topic, so it could have applied to Levis or Stroud, but it was obvious he was talking about Stroud.   This year, some agencies advised their clients not to take the S2 test. That's about all I remember about it. I think the cognitive testing process has some image rehab to do, and if they can keep scores and results out of the public sphere, that's a good start for them.

      He’s not wrong.  Stroud was getting killed based on doing poorly on the new test to measure mental aptitude.   Strictly on that basis it was good to see Stroud succeed.      PS —. Speaking of that test, did we hear anything about that in the 2924 draft?   I didn’t read a single story about it.   Did you?

Below is from the Youtube transcript:   one of the things I struggle with is spend so much time tearing down 23:29 19 20 21 year old kids with unnamed sources in the media that just I mean 23:36 why like wh why just I don't understand where the benefit is in that and if I 23:45 think if you go back in history and you look at the guy some of the guys that have been ripped apart and tore down um 23:51 some of them have been really successful I look I went off the year before about CJ stra with CJ and people were killing 23:58 killing him over a over over a test and I mean he he debunked that pretty 24:06 quickly

      His injury story is probably one of the saddest stories in the league. I am sure he misses playing like crazy. Just goes to show take advantage while your playing because you never know when it will end.  To have the game you love taken away so abruptly is very sad. I am sure he will end up in tv at some point.
