Comp pick

Looks like we get the last pick in this years draft for our only comp pick.

We lost Garcon, Tamme, Saturday, Gonzalez and Pollack.  We added Redding, Zbikowski, Avery, McKinney, McGlynn and Satele.  I feel we lost more with Tamme and Garcon then we gained with the FA we brought in.  Only Redding and Avery translated to a quality starter.  Feel like we should of gotten at least a 6th.

Eh, don't really care. Avery came in and was alright, Redding was a good vet player for the defense.

 

As long as we got something, I am happy.

More teams lost way more than us in free agency and there are limited compensatory picks to go around. I felt we didn't deserve one at all but I guess the NFL felt sorry we didn't get one and just gave us Mr. irrelevant again

I thought the colts got kinda screwed. Other than redding the other guys were cast off types.

Yes.. I thi k what people fail to realize is they give out 32 compensatory picks. last year there were not 32 free agency losses to fill the 32 picks. Thus the Colts received the same pick they are getting this year for "free." Unless I'm missing something , we were pretty lucky to get what we did this year as it was the last situation that warrented a pick.
