Here's where we need the veterans

What I believe those who dont folow the Colst dont know is that they have a veteran defense

and here's where it has to step forward..

Ray Rice can roll up yards but Joe Flacco is sackable (if that's a word)

If we can get some big stops on early downs from guys like Redding and Pat Angerer and we can get Flacco to put it up...

that's when Robert Mathis and Dwight Freeney have to turn back the clock and make big plays..

That O-line is shaky......and we have veterans up front who can stop them if we can stay on the field helathwise...

I wanted us to play Baltimore because I like our pass rush against their O-line, the key to the game.

Any thouhgts?

I think I'd rather take my chances with Flacco staying in the game. Their backup maybe better.

Highly doubt it, Flacco only completed 59.7 or rounded up 60 percent of his passes this year which is not good but his wr's dropped 17 passes(According SI.com) which if those passes would have been caught then he would have had a good 62.9 or rounded up 63 percent completed pass rate,

All qb's have dropped passes. 17 doesn't seem like a huge amount over a 16 game season.

Reggie and Avery have 15 between the two this year

No but it distorts the completion percentage just enough, What it does not distort however is his knack for making a bonehead play at some of the worst times

as i said in another thread the ravens are identical to the texans

both houston and baltimore have really good defenses

both rely more on the run game then they do the passing game

stop the run, win the game..... Stop the run, win the game..... STOP THE RUN, WIN THE GAME!!! (my ice cube voice from 21 jumpstreet lol)

but then again thats the tricky part, is stopping the run.

no they are not... The Ravens defense is average at best ranked #20 I believe. The Colts will score points Sunday

Mr. funky has the story.....

The Ravens have the REPUATATION of having a top 'D'...

We can throw the ball on them and if we do...then Ballard can run well, too....

I dont think we have to tell Arians to be aggressive....but we need to attack them early. they have to have doubts after

losing four of their last five...
