Connor Harris - Chris Borland or Pat Angerer?

Recommended Posts

NCAA leader in tackles, will turn 23 when the season starts (2012 was college freshman season, do the math of 18+5=23).

All similarly built, 5'11'' 245 lbs or so, short arms, small hands.

I'd say he probably falls to round 5 at the earliest simply because of poor measurables, but may be a steal at later rounds.

Both Borland and Angerer are out of the game albeit for different reasons. Are we suggesting this guy won't last past his rookie contract? :)

If I am going for a late round ILB, I like Marquel Lee of Wake Forest. He has the measurables, the production AND most importantly, the health.

If he runs well at the combine and has good athletic drills then I'd definitely look at him in the 5th. Could be an interesting special teamer at the very least.

Athletic pluses can nullify small size issues.

If he doesn't have at least a decent combine I can see him just adding to the pile of productive college guys that couldn't stick in the bigs.

I've been reading good things about Lee.....     not sure he lasts to the late rounds anymore.

It appears you have good judgement here and NFL teams agree with you!

Congrats!
