Panthers nasty DL

With the Panthers' drafting of DT Vernon Butler, they now have one of the nastiest DL's in the NFL. Lotulelei, Short, and Butler at DT will create havoc for opposing QBs.

yea it looks good but how do we know vernon butler isn't a bust?

Ron Rivera knows DL talent.

 

He had Kony Ealy playing for an aging Jared Allen and Ealy was the star of the SB. Charles Johnson had a few great years and I am sure will be back next year. Rivera does what he does best, get good production out of his DL, DTs and DEs.

They just signed Paul Soliai too.  It'll be interesting to see how they rotate their players with so many guys along the DL

I really don't think he will bust. He has a lot of talent.
