The NFL website, the national media and his teammates have all but canonized our QB.  After three years, why don't we have an offensive line with at least two pro-bowl players and three more very strong players to protect our franchise?

Because it's the Colts and that's the way they have assembled a team for the past 2 decades at least.

Because there is a salary cap and you can only do so much.  IF they spent more on the OL, then the defense suffers and everybody says "Why didn't you spend more on D?"  Grigs' job is a tough one and I couldn't do it.  BUT, the only move or non-move I question is why didn't you make more of a move for Evan Mathis when he was just signed for about the same money as Donald Thomas, who has never produced here due to injury?  Other than that, I think Grigs is doing the best he can.  There are going to be holes on every team.

These are the pro bowl players that have been available since 2012

 

Steve Huchinson-37 years old retired 2013

Carl Nicks-Retired do to health issues

Evan Mathis

Leonard Davis-His last season was a backup in 2012

Louis Vasquez

Matt Birk-Retired 2013

 

 

Huchinson was up in age and not what he once was

Nicks Retired

Davis retired

Birk played Lucks rookie year then retired February 22nd 2013

 

 

Also why are we neglecting the fact that players have to WANT to come here

 

 

 

As you can see Pro Bowl caliber talent has been available few and far between.....Those players are developed.
