there is straight line speed, and there is quick speed. Big athletes can be very fast in a straight line, but not shifty quick. Shifty is how you avoid the big hits and injuries. If you want a running qb, I wouldn’t take a big qb, no mater how fast he runs the 40! He will probably be injury prone.
The White Sox were historically bad this year, they lost 121 games, the worst in the modern era, surpassing the 1962 Mets who lost 120 games.
The Padres swept them in San Diego the weekend before last but they were all hard fought games, the first of which we had to walk off in the 10th inning. They didn't lay down, and made us work hard for every victory but in the end they just didn't have the "horses" to compete with us, especially in their bullpen.
