Despite all the injuries, this has been a fun football season.

One of my favorite things this year is seeing all the backup quarterbacks playing well and having teams in position to make playoffs.

What was his illness? I could not find it anywhere.

Just said he was ill. He was getting IV before the game too.

I’m telling you guys Philly is on the decline.

Pretty sure they just lost controlling their own destiny in the East. That conference loss is big, Cowboys list to AFC

Yeah I've thought they have been pretty meh most the year. They just have their push play that converts at crazy high rate.

They miss Steichen bad.

They changed some defensive duties this week, Matt Patricia doing something.

You love Aaron Jones. :)

I'm appalled by KOC calling two tush push plays on 3rd and 4th down and less than a yard. I read that they had Powell tush-pushing Mullens. Why not have CJ Ham and Josh Oliver push Mullens in? Powell weighs less than 190lbs.

Yeah, Vikings had 3 FGs missed, 2 on interceptions, especially at the end of first half when they just needed to run the clock and kick a FG instead of trying for a TD from 20+ yards away as if they've got Kirk Cousins at the center.

OT play calls were just as bad, a FG ends the OT with a win and he calls those plays with backup QB without much practice.

KOC calls are too optimistic, which is good for moving chains but you gotta be opportunistic in snatching points when it is there. It has happened multiple times over the season, with Cousins or Dobbs too. He always shoots for the sky when there are fruits nearby to pluck. They leave too many points on the field, and make too many mistakes on offense, either in play calling or execution or both.

Last year I thought they were the best team in football but this year they don’t impress me. You guys could beat them.

Nice to see Sirianni getting humbled this year. Him yelling at us last year will never sit well with me.

And hiring Patricia for your coordinator. I had no idea Matt was even on the team. Now it’s really easy to root against Philly and their obnoxious fans.

Did they show Sirianni after the finish?

He must be hurt that he couldn't taunt Seahawks fans more than the fact that he lost :funny:

Patricia is actually not the DC. Patricia is now calling defensive plays after the Eagles gave up lots of points to Dallas and another team. Patricia was hired as a consultant and was made the defensive play caller this week, I believe.

I don't like Patricia at all. It is nice to see Detroit doing so well after he was fired.

That’s crazy. Patricia is way too egotistical. Another McDaniels.

Great! They gave only fewer points and lost :D

Can never forget that Lions press conference :funny:

Patricia calling others slack is just too funny.

Teams still helping lifting him up in his high horse though!

Do you remember Patricia wearing the Tshirt with Goodell looking like a clown?

Here's one with Patricia as the clown:

(Can't see it well there. Here's a screenshot.)

I thought the same too, so what’s up with the hot and cold Jordan Love???

Paging @NFLfan @2006Coltsbestever @Chrisaaron1023@RollerColt @Solid84 :)

No interest in the NFC?? :)

I picked the Lions to go to the SB, so I have some interest in the NFC. I had them vs the Ravens in my before season picks. Regarding Love, he is the definition of inconsistent.

Would’ve liked to see it, but it started at 2:15 am here in Denmark and I chose sleep. haha

You probably woke up and jinxed the Eagles in the last minute of their game!

Wasn't aware that Patricia wore Goodell clown t-shirt, that's ridiculous while working in NFL!

He really thinks he's the reason Belichick and Brady won Super Bowls...

Fans: Who is the GOAT of New England? Belichick or Brady?

Matt Patricia:  Me!

Yeah, I thought it was embarrassing for their organization. I can see a player doing that but not a coach. After he did that, I did not understand why anyone would hire him.

    • I use Pro-Football Reference as my primary source of stats.    Alec Pierce  2022 78 targets  3 drops  3.8% drop rate  2023 65 targets  3 drops  4.6%     Believe who you want!  For those who actually focus on the game while their TV is on during the game, you should remember how terrible Ryan and Minshew were at throwing Pierce a catchable ball. They regularly missed him by a mile.  Blame it on Reggies coaching, maybe Pierce is a very slow learner?  I'm looking forward to learning more on the subject with AR.   Mike Evans 2023  5.1%  drop rate   Jamar Chase  2021 11 drops  8.6% drop rate  2022 11 drops  8.2% 2023  5 drops   3.4%    Tyreke Hill 2021 7 drops   4.4% 2022  8 drops  4.7% 2023 12 drops 7.0%    Travis Kelce  2021 10 drops  7.5% 2022  8 drops   5.3% 2023  7 drops   5.8%    Clown school is now open.
    • I just made the point to illustrate he is definitely not primarily a slot guy. He pretty much does it all. I think Reggie saw a bit of TY Hilton in him. And if we get any of that then Pierce has a problem down the line this year.
    • Yeah, baseball is big when it comes to players that played even 100 years ago. Babe Ruth of course. There is only one Babe. Guy could party all night, drink, be with women, and wake up on 2 hours of sleep and then hit 3 HR's in a game . To me Willie Mays is probably the greatest there ever was and he played in the 50's, 60's, and up through 70's. Pitchers in the 70's were throwing 90 MPH by then. Mays won a World Series, so he was a champion, batted .302 for his career, and hit 660 HR's. I just know those stats off the top of my head without looking them up lol.
    • I do respect those that study the older generations and accomplishments. Slingin Sammy too was a great one. IMO the sport that most fans study the past greats is Baseball and by a wide margin. Everyone knows Babe Ruth the greatest power hitter of all time and Cy Young and Ty Cobb.........could go on and on but in Baseball those legends never die like in other sports.
    • Shaq is the closest thing to Wilt we will ever see. Today's centers are more finesse. Joker plays like a PG and likes to shoot 3's even. He is a great player but doesn't overpower you down low.
