Injury silver lining.

With the exception of Cain, all of our injured players are short term.  And the majority are people we already know have their positions, or most likely do.

A.C. is our LT.  Period.  Though it does suck that he not there 'gelling with the rest of the O-line, It is giving our coaches a change to try out other players at the position.  See other things. possibly have a better understanding of the depth we have at each spot on that o-line.  Even with Good we know what we have.  An adequate RT That has progressed ever year.  He's just injury burdened.  So we know we have someone who can step in at LT if Howard (or whomever starts) goes down for a week or two.

Geathers and Hooker are our safeties.  This is widely speculated, and probably right.  But with their absence, Other players like Green have been able to get MUCH needed reps with the 1's to acclimate him to the position he really hasn't had much time playing (not going into detail about him being placed at CB and setting him back on his progression.

Mack is probably going to be our #1 RB, but it was quite obvious Hines needs more work,...well, he's getting it with Mack out.  and Also since Mack is recovering we'll get to see if Wilkins is as efficient(or more so with a better line providing better lanes) with the starters this Monday.

The injury to Cain is bad, He was showing so much promise.  But I think the other short term injuries could really show us more of what we truly have over the next couple weeks.
