What type of coach would you prefer?

One that doesn’t like to chop the same chunk of wood

A coach with killer instinct that understands situational football and the the limits of his players. I want a coach that expects to score 8 on every possession and expects his D to shut out every opponent. A coach who doesn't think twice about scoring another TD in a 57-0 game with 2 minutes left.I don't want a "players coach". When you win consistently good players love their coach.

I say we give Mike Ditka another chance at coaching, so long if he has a (don't give away all of our draft picks for one player), in his contract.
