True but still think that'll be a tough one. UK seems to always struggle against QBs like Fitzgerald, so it wouldn't surprise me if they beat us. I hope not.

Yes he was. Mark Stoops is far from a perfect coach but he turned out to be a better hire for UK than Butch for Tennessee.

There are several reasons

 Coaching Mistakes(on the field and hiring)

 Recruitment of Indiana and surrounding states

 School Commitment  

 Conference

The school is way more committed than they were back in the day. The conference is competitive but that's good. Recruiting of the state needs to better but that comes with winning

Recruiting Ohio has been huge for UK. A lot of really good football players from that state
