I think that's every Colts fans worst nightmare. 3 teams with overall good talent. Just a few pieces away. We ourselves aren't that far away either. It should be a competitive division for the next 10 years!

I don't want to see I'll-prepared players. 

 

It it would be nice to stick to the run, especially when it's working. 

 

It would be amazing if the coach's would play to the strengths of our team, instead of forcing a round peg in a square hole. 

 

I want to see more in-game adjustments. 

 

I also want to say that it would be wrong to say there hasn't been growth this season. Considering all of the player/coaching changes these last few seasons, it's nice to see player and coaches improving(even if it's slower improvement than we as fans would like). I have faith things can, and will improve.

They have a lot names people know from the draft. They have some talent, but let's not put the cart before the horse.
