This draft is pathetic for safeties, the market has completely dried up. If I were Grigs I'd try to trade for someone, or give up the 2nd for Gipson. Maybe Vaccaro is available in NO? The Vontae trade made CB a strength, hopefully a similar move can do the same for the safeties? Edit- someone also mentioned Akiem Hicks(sp?) I liked him in the draft and he's been good in the pros, I'd like him too. Raid the saints!

I really think we should go after either Gibson or Hill. We don't have to give up a pick for Hill btw. If we signed Wilfork at 2years/10million, we should have enough room to also get one of those two safeties I would think.

Gipson would be ideal, but something tells me the Browns would match any offer we throw his way. They know how shallow this safety class is this year as well. Probably would take a 4th, but Reshad Jones is a possibility it gives the Dolphins more cap flexibility for all the holes they need to fix after cutting everyone for Suh.
