Positives from this season

Sure this season ended pretty ugly in NE but let's look at the positives

1.Vontae became possibly the best CB in the NFL.

2. TY became a stud receiver

3. Moncrief looks like he will be a stud and looks to have been a great draft pick.

4. Mewhort looks to be a decent guard and played well for a rookie.

5.Newsome finished with 7 sacks. More than even Mathis had his rookie year. He will be a beast.

6. BOOM! He played very well for a guy basically thrown to the fire. Fix his fumble issues and he will be a decent back.

7. Fleener became an overall better TE. He still has the occasional silly drop, but otherwise he really had a solid year.

The future is certainly bright with this team.

Eh, all kinda "Glass half full" points but vaild nonetheless

This offseason will probably be the biggest one of Grigson's tenure since the 2012 one

Time for the front office & coaches to admit their mistakes and cut the losses

Richardson

D. Thomas

G. Cherilus

Werner

All need to go

And if Landry doesn't take a pay cut, he can go too. Pagano is a great guy but it's time he becomes a great coach. No more nice coach, start being upfront like the Mike Tomlins & Grudens of the world.

Don't produce, get off the team. It's that simple. And all these injury prone players need to go too. You're doing the team no justice being on the bench.

Ahmad Bradshaw

Vick Ballard

Donald Thomas

Fili Moala

Delano Howell

Time for those guy to be shown the door too. Love what Bradshaw brings to the table, but the table is only set for 8 games. That won't cut it. Wish he could stay healthy cause we're definitely a different/better team with him out there

Vick Ballard has had 2 non contact (if I'm not mistaken) season ending injuries, time to go. Thank you for that amazing rookie year, but RB's are a dime a dozen now

Howell, loved you in the 49ers game and the other games you played in but a neck injury is NOTHING to play with especially when you're on defense. One shot could end your career, think of your family and health down the road

There are a lot of positives to take away from this season.  What hurts the most is losing in the Championship game to the Pats.  Not just losing but getting punked on national T.V.  What never seems to change is the inability to run the ball and stop the run, against top tier teams.

It seems the Pats look up and see, oh, it's the Colts.  We will send them packing again.  It seems to me that the Pats have won so many games against the Colts, that they have this superior confidence and that confidence is definitely lacking on the Colts side of the ball.

Once again we hear the same old story from the top on down.  We need to stop the run and run the ball.  There was continuity on the D line, but it didn't look like it in the game.  The O line was a revolving door, with the best two RB's injured and not playing.  Thomas and Cherilus were brought in to help the O line.  That hasn't worked as well as hoped.  Thomas has been injured two seasons now.  Bring him back again????

Grigson needs to strengthen the O line.  Enough talking about it, get it done.  This loss wouldn't hurt so much if it were any other team than the Pats.  All of us will be watching intently to see what Grigson does to improve the team.  There will be many posts by fans, that Grigs should draft this player or that player.  It's a long off season.  Training camp is years away.  LOL

GO COLTS!!

A lot of the players grew.

The defense as a unit did still show the same inconsistencies, but players like Newsome, Walden, Sergio, RJF (he had his best year so far as a colt IMO), Toler, and even Vontae just getting better too.

On offense we just keep getting better too, just needs to get more gelled in and consistent which comes with time and experience with each other.  Fleener, Herron, Hilton, Moncrief have definitely improved besides the obvious Luck, who picked up a larger responsibility this season.

Pags got some guts, sometimes.  Hes still inexperienced and he's also learning as the team is, they're all growing together.

Pep is nowhere near as hated as he was last season, he definitely has adjusted very well to the NFL playcalling.  Top 5 offense this year.

The best thing though towards the end of the season that gives me the most promise:

-Solid O-line play

-Coaches making personnel decisions based on productivity
