Before his first injury in CIN the guy was a monster. He lost something after it, but has always been a decent QB since then on some god awful teams. I wouldn't say an elite QB by any stretch of the imagination but a solid talent.

wait... why no intentionally grounding?  He never left the pocket.. he had like 15 seconds to pass the ball, but when the rusher came in at him he just threw it away for an incompletion, there was no receiver nearby...

 

Why was that not intentional grounding, he threw it to avoid the sack and was still in the pocket.

He was a great weapon for Derrick Carr at Fresno State.  I watched him live quite a bit, was an excellent receiver in college.
