Yep.  But that is probably Bill's call.  When they were in Indy, Irsay wanted to keep Bill and let Chris go.  But Bill said the two are a package and they either both stay or both leave.  Same thing probably happened in KC.  I know Bill loves and supports his son, but he needs to keep a close eye on Chris.  The last time he gave Chris more responsibility than he was ready for, it got them fired.

 

Funny thing is a few years ago, Chris Polian was considered a top GM candidate and some teams were interested in signing him, but Indy gave him an extension and he stayed here.

Wasn't Chris hired by the Falcons (http://www.nfl.com/news/story/09000d5d828bffbe/article/atlanta-falcons-set-to-hire-former-colts-gm-chris-polian)?  Would they still both go to KC together or would it just be Bill?
