Wayne’s 23 receptions are tied for the fourth-most receptions in the NFL, and the most he’s had after three games in his 12-year career.

his 23 receptions went for 294yrds which is 5th in the NFL

if continues at lhis rater 1600 yards 5 tds

I think the TD's will start to mount once everyone on the offense starts doing/learning their job. The run game, the O-line, it would help if Fleener was more impactful. Luck has been sketchy in regard to staring down receivers and this issue is amplified greatly inside the redzone where coverages are far tighter, routes are less dynamic and defenders are typically not as easy to get out of position.

Interesting stat though. You're doing great at posting information I wasn't aware of, Htown. That's twice tonight. Keep it up brother.

Wayne's stats are impressive, but I am more impressed by win loss records.

Oh well, it's early in the morning, maybe I am cynical this AM.

And as such, I am equally impressed that our completely torn-down, rebuilding club, coming off a 2-14 season and completely losing our identity, has already equaled half of our total wins from last year.

1-2 ain't bad, especially when consider how competitive we were (losing because of a busted coverage inside of 1 minute) and the W/L records of teams like GB, NE and NO.

We are right where we need to be.

I am impressed with our performace as well. I guess it was too early for me.

Ruksak...since you are taking an interest in individual stats...perhaps I could interest you in some...fantasy football!

Yikes!!! No thank you. I am ardently opposed to the "industry" that has sprung up from such a benign and ultimately silly pursuit. I view it as a perverted opportunity for over-commercialism and gambling.

I know I know. I'll say it for you....."Jeeez ruksak, you sure are a wet blanket hippie *"......... lol

I honestly cannot even properly explain why it is that FF irks me to such an extent. But thank you for asking. emot-retarddance.gif

I think part of the reason Wayne is playing so well is because he's finally being moved around (something Colts fans have called for, for years.) Arians is using him much like he used Hines Ward in Pittsburgh, meaning, he could line up left wing, right wing, in the slot, or even motioned into the backfield, at times. This is the one part of Arians offense that I really like because it enables us to create mismatches everywhere.

I can't express how happy I am that the Reggie/Luck combo is looking productive so far. I think if he had gone elsewhere and not been a #1 receiver it would have had an adverse effect on his play. Everything I've even seen from him media wise always comes across as professional and a guy whose committed to being a Colt in his heart as well as his contract. A rarity in this day of sporting superstars.

I agree with this, took a bit of getting used to to start with when I first saw it though!
