Any thoughts on Sorgi in the booth?

He needs to get over the "we" when talking about the Colts, but other than that I think he has done an excellent job.

Technically he is still a "we" as he is afilliated with the Colts since he is a member of the Colts broadcast unit here. I dont think it was like Faulk where he is an NFL Network analyst and constantly referred to the Rams during the broadcast as "We'

Don Fisher does a good job for IU football and BB. He's just not as familiar with NFL rosters and some pronunciations.

He has really grown into it more as the pre-season goes along. I don't think he's great but as pre-season announcers go he's done a good job.

I like that he refers to it as 'we'. Shows that he's still a Colt at heart, even though he defected to Kid Manning's team for a little while.

I like Jim Sorgi in the booth. He's smart, and he gives some nice insight into the organization.

Jim's good at what he's doing now. Have had a few beers with him on several occassions over the years in Brownsburg.... he's a good guy, and a good young announcer! keep it up Jim!

It was pretty funny when he thought it was Winston Justice who recovered that fumble on defense late in the 4th, just a minute or so after Justice had just got done giving a sideline interview. After 4 games you would at least think he would know that Justice is not a defensive lineman.

I'll be honest, when he called Bruce Gradkowski "Gradowski" for the 20th time I was feeling a rage building up inside me for reasons I don't fully understand.

It's something they teach you in "Broadcasting school" you aren't supposed to say. With that said I have much less issue with it when a former player does it on a local broadcast because he was apart of that team at one point in time.
