Yeah, I know people are sick of hearing this but it’s true he’s also coming back from a serious injury and a complete return to form will take time.  Also his strengths have always been more hang time and directional punting IE letting the coverage team get down field and make plays.

I think he had a better game this week.  At least 2/5 punts were downed in the 20.  Long punt of 51 and an average of 44.  Much improved over last week.

Even last week the punts were a bit short. Not sure what’s going on with Ringo but Special Teams is a difference maker, we need him to boom those punts.

These are the moments I wish rosters, PUP and IR were more fluid. Let's say Rigo is 80% ready to go, thats not enough to rely on him fully but also too close to 100% to want to carry two punters on your roster. It'd be nice if you could maneuver players around so teams arent forced to play guys at 80% (made-up number btw). I'm sure it would be abused but the rules seem to lend themselves to rushing players back.

I think he’s to the point he just needs to play to knock the rust off.  That’s part of the recovery process too.  Like others said each punt keeps getting better.

People are sick of hearing a 100 million dollar player isn't back to form... Don't stretch it to every colts player.

    • His slump coincides with his change in name. We all know this, and the solution is simple.
    • - our DL is good and it's deep. Great to see. - It was great to see Juju out there and make an impact on the game. Wild that Baker played so badly last week that he got demoted from CB#1 to not playing. - Our OL are doing a lot better this year. - Moss is doing great. But he got dinged up already. A committee of Moss and Taylor would be fantastic if they can get the contract details figured out and would help keep both healthier. - Minshew played like he was expected to play. He can win you games in the NFL as long as he doesn't have to carry the team himself. But, the overall offense was pretty disappointing in terms of how little value they got out of all the turnovers the Ravens gave them. - Pierce please catch the ball.
    • @GoColts8818   Would you please change your settings.   I’d like to have a conversation with you, but I’d like to have it privately, not publicly.     Please let me know.   Thanks.     NCF
    • Here to say today was a GREAT game for MPJ.  These are the games I want to see from him that prove me wrong.  He impacted the game on numerous levels of the field, short medium and deep.     That game wasn’t eye popping when it comes to stats but his play on the field was definitely WR1 worthy.  Need to see this more consistently.  I’d take this performance over any of his previous two performances.
    • Lol. I was noticing that as well!
