The Rare Tie

Just realized, that today was the first time since the Colts moved to Indianapolis that we've tied another team. The last time it happened was in '82 when we in Baltimore. 

 

It's also only the 4th time a tie has happened in the 1st week of the season across the NFL.

Sometimes a game like this is needed.  The way the team responds next Sunday will set the tone for the season.

 

Week one is always weird, especially for the Colts.

I mean, yeah we didn’t “lose” today, but it’s still a punch to the gut with how the game ended and how different it could have been. Hoping next week the team freaking wakes up and we finally win a damn game in Jacksonville.

Yep, the last time we swept the Jaguars, we went to the AFCCG, in 2014. Let us start with 1 Win and 1 Tie after next game.

Yeah it was like they won the first 5 rounds, we won the next 6 rounds and was about to close it out, but they won the 12th round and just settled for the draw. Weird game, I am disappointed but at the same time ok with the result because it wasn't a loss. After being down 20-3 I thought we were cooked, Ryan looked great in the 4th. After week 1 all in all, we are still ok in the division. Next week is gigantic now.

Even more rare is the division being led by a team without a win.
