Cheap deal even accounting for his injuries.  If Ballard wants to sign a veteran backup RB who can pound it he should come pretty cheap.  Carlos Hyde?  Frank Gore?

Carlos Hyde makes the most sense to me, if we let Jonathan Williams go, he does pass protect better.

 

Plus, we will have one more player that would like to "stick it to BOB".

After Gordon and Gurley I didn't see any RB's that I thought would be worthwhile.  Hyde would probably be the closest thing.  

 

I could strongly back getting an RB in the middle portion of the draft though.

Should sell tix for ATL. Still a little surprised they signed him given their cap situation after just dumping Freeman and others. It was cheap though. Only 6M on their books for only a year.
