I couldn't hear every question on this or the Ballard presser because I'm at work.  But, did anyone ask either about their beards and if they planned on keeping them?

Reich said he even watched shows and documentaries about mountain climbing and the challenges those guys face.  I thought that was interesting.

I really like him. Genuine. Tells it like it is. Doesn't shy away from self-evaluation. He has the tools to keep going. 

 

Some of the stuff is corny and cheesy. But he's a teacher and a leader. Even with grown men, you've got to take your material and message and make it relevant, and something they can relate to. He's using visualization, he's using connections. 

 

The players have the talent, and they know their stuff. That's why they're in the NFL. But the best? They never stop learning and improving. That's the drive. That's the need for a mentor to help guide the process.

 

I would absolutely love having a coach like that.
