We finally agree on something. I agree 100%. They are not Elite because of their QB. Their Defense is Great and I don't throw Great around lightly but it isn't like one of the best of all-time where you can just stick in Johnny Jr from HighSchool  and win. I can name at least 10 Defenses that were better than this years Jacks team, so they need a better QB to win a SB. 78 Steelers, 85 Bears, 86 Giants, 92 Cowboys, 96 Packers, 2000 Ravens, 2002 Bucs, 2013 Seahawks, 2015 Broncos, even the Jets had a better one in 2009 and 2010 but Sanchez was like Bortles (bad at times) and couldn't get by Peyton or Ben in 2009 or 2010.

Easy game to pick because Bortles isn't that good plain and simple and KC has a machine for an Offense.

 

-I won't break my arm off patting myself on the back though because I thought we would smoke Houston and we lost in OT.

Many will pick the Chiefs to beat NE next week. Don't take that bet. Look at Mahomes stats for his last two games vs. his first three. I'll be pulling for KC but like all teams NE butters up the opponents string points then devours them.

Don't be so sure of that. I think it will be a shoot out. Go figure NE gets 10 days to prepare because of the Thursday night game. Kind of convenient they get a freebie against us all banged up and then get extra preparation for their toughest opponent of the season. Anyways I think it will be a shoot out and a close game. Look how easily we moved the ball against them last week. NE won't be able to shut down KC. That said the winner of the turnover battle wins the game. I think Mahomes and Brady both throw for 400 yds.

The KC defense, not sure what to make of it. It is figuring out the difference between below average and bad, I guess. However, NE has turned over the ball 8 times in 5 games, which is low enough for most teams but high for NE's standards. We will find out after this game. 

 

I still go with NE winning 38-31.
