It has been rumored that Gruden has been an "advisor" to the Rams in their coaching search. This hire makes sense if that is the case because McVay has been close to the both Jon and Jay Gruden.

 

McVay is supposed to be a brilliant offensive mind, some compare him to Jon Gruden, but 30 is really young for an HC in the NFL.

Well, I am sure they will draft some young guns for the back end soon.

 

However, I don't care who you are, if your O is that anemic, your D will wear out by the time December comes.
