Has our new GM flexed some early muscle or is Irsays call, what say you?

I think it was an agreement on both parties. Irsay hinted all along the head coach would be his call but he would listen to the new GM and most new GMs want their own guys. That's why I said from the time Polian was fired that it was only a matter of time (rather it be now, which it is, or next year that Caldwell lost his job.)

Agreed. Possibly there was no debate about this matter. There would be more about the new HC and other personnel.
