NFL Net and ESPN both report the Bears have offered Jay Cutler to Tennesse4e for the No.2 pick in the draft..

Titans apparently want more than Jay.

I wouldn't take Jay Cutler in any form. I think he is overrated as hell and I hate the intangibles especially the leadership part of his make up. Avoid at all costs Titans and roll the dice on Mariota.
