CR91
we're playing the bills in september, bucs in late november, and dolphins in december. talk about a lucky break. we have a bye week in week 10 which is probably the best time to have a bye. the only real cold weather game we'd have to deal with is playing in pittsburgh in december. week 5 to week 11 is a brutal stretch of games though

PeterBowman
the only way I see the football Gods looking favorably on the Colts is if injuries are majorly limited this year.

We missed Ballard way worse than Chuck when Arians was here.

bababooey
the "gods" also gave the Pats a Bell-less Steelers team which is all the difference in home field advantage. Based on our schedule last year on these boards we were looking at 14-2 with losses to Denver and NE, especially after we came off a season beating Denver, SF, Seattle (3 of the final four teams). Had the loss to SD on MNF bc we couldnt stop the run, NE loss was expected, but then lost to STL, ARI, and CIN post-Reggie when we lost our footing. Fast forward to this past year and we get our tails creamed by other top teams like PIT, DAL, NE again, with a tough loss to Denver and a garbage loss to PHI. We can think it's favorable (we had a great strength of schedule last year too) but I'm not getting excited. We're going to make the playoffs, but if we can't get home field then why even show up to Foxboro?
